Today’s featured guest is Jason Pietruszka from @jjpconstruction, a retired musician turned contractor.
Jason learned how to run a business early on while he was young and still in the music industry. However, he quickly realized that his success will only be based on someone else’s output. So he decided to start on his own.
His favorite advice given to him is…”You pay people for your time.” And he is now excited about that, and constantly looking for ways to implement that into his business. This frees him up, and allows him to be doing the most important things.
It was very inspiring to talk to Jason about their business and processes. I’m sure it will be for you as well. Listen today and be INSPIRED!
