Intro:
In the Fall of 2011, Brad joined with his partner Dave Clark to create and manage their own personal real estate portfolio. They purchased many residential and commercial properties for 15 months and in 2013, were ready to form their own Construction firm. A Finer Touch Construction began operations in March 2013. AFT has continued their rapid growth this past 3 years and now employ 9 staff members. AFT has continued to exceed industry standards and create strong client relationships based on integrity, reliability and quality.
Brad grew up as an electrician. He got a degree in construction management.
Brand Refinement is very important.
- Define who you are and what makes you different.
- Decide what tier you work in: ie. pickup truck contractor, or boutique firm.
